• Inventory management: Having a record exact stage of each vehicles. Clearing the liquidation vehicles as much as possible. Coordination with auditors for the non found vehicles at the time of audit. Making sure the inventory is in correct status like return to seller, marking liquidation workflow etc. Clearing all aging vehicles.
• CT - Escalations: Escalating the TAT breached cases. Escalating to L2 and L3 for non closure cases. Follow up until close the cases for faster process with the reasons. Maintaining the data of number of cases and avg time of closure.
  
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational metrics and performance indicators using statistical methods.
  Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to inform operational strategies.
  
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, G- sheets).
  Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
  
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement based on data-driven insights.
  Recommend and support the implementation of process changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Pricing(additional):Updating the selling prices with profitable margins. Updating the discount on high tat vehicles or festival discount. Approving the discounts with proper reasons.
  

• Post sale & services: Collecting the complaints from CC team and assigning the complaints to particular team. Follow-up for non-closure complaints. Maintained 85% of complaints closed. Clearing all the free services requests. Updating the daily reports.
• Refurb ops analyst: Making the dashboards and visualization of refurb ops metrics. Visualization of man power utilization. Maintenance of petty cash expenses. Updating the daily reports of refurb output and blockers.
• Hub Decision: Making the hub decision for a particular vehicle according to AFS and sales.
• Logistics: Planning for demand and supply daily movement. Maintenance of balanced level of inventory in all hubs.
• Pricing: Updating the selling prices with profitable margins with analysis of market value and new bike. Updating the discount on high tat vehicles or festival discount. Approving the discounts with proper reasons.

• Warranty complaints: Clearing all the complaints and issues covered under warranty.
• Services: Clearing all the service requests received.
• Revenue: Generating the revenue from paid services, non warranty complaints and spares.
