Drive digital transformation initiatives for corporate banking customers through comprehensive analysis and development of multi-channel digital solutions. Lead requirements gathering and system integration projects focused on UAE corporate payment ecosystems, encompassing both domestic and international transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Spearhead development of corporate banking digital channels across web, iOS, and Android platforms, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
• Analyze and document business requirements for complex payment solutions serving UAE corporate clients
• Design and oversee integration strategies with multiple downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and transaction processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust digital banking solutions
• Facilitate requirements analysis for domestic and international corporate payment systems, ensuring compliance with UAE banking regulations and international standards
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration between various banking platforms and third-party systems

• Designed and developed the Use Cases/User journey for a couple of banks in the US market. Prepared functional requirements and design specifications. Working with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand priorities and help manage the backlog. Worked closely with product management and application development teams to provide support for work products and act as an informed customer advocate to the testing team.
• Understanding and working knowledge of Payments such as Swift (MT101,103,202), ISO20022 (pain001, pain008, pacs, camt etc)
• Working knowledge of Indian payments such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS

• Wearing multiple hats such as Product delivery, customer support, product knowledge sharing, QA management, junior mentorship etc.
• Worked mainly as a techno functional role.

• Prepare test cases and test scripts to facilitate the SIT, UAT and functional testing.
• Check / Review the Test Cases documents by Test engineers
• Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.

• Actively involved in the process of understanding the functionality/ new requirements
• Responsible for test efforts estimation.
• Responsible for identifying test conditions, test data and test scripts preparation.
• Responsible for test scripts execution and test status reporting.
