 About Project : 

• Project involved creating various Power BI Reports for multinational Retail Organization which includes Web Analytics, Sales Analytics, Customer Acquisition Analytics, Internal Service Agent performance, etc.
• These reports were automated through Power Automate to send the key metrics directly to the stakeholders via email.
• Contribution : Automation using Power Automate flow - Created a Power Automate flow which takes the input from a dataset published on Power BI Service through DAX query, validates the last refresh timestamp for the dataset and sends the key metrics as a daily mail to the stakeholders. This involved conditional formatting and applying table styling through HTML.
• Interacted with various business teams such as Sales, Marketing, Content Operations to understand the business requirements and the Key metrics to be included within the dashboard. Analyzed and understood the base source data, design staging, data warehouse and data mart layer to meet project specifics with best practices of dimensional modeling.
• Created intermediate views, tables involving complex SQL queries which combined different data sources such as Salesforce, Hadoop, SSAS and used these views as input for BI reporting.
• Created various complex level BI reports which included analyzing different customer personas, analyzing the time spent by internal service agents etc
• Created Web analytics reports which measured the Visits, Leads, Conversion Rate, Customer Retention Rate, Revenue for the various sections/pages of a retail website using Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
