Ensures execution of all daily/weekly/ Monthly Maintenance programs that are Part of Site Maintenance Program.

Interview and select, develops, and evaluates technical staff and professional services Companies needed to support technical project delivery and the efficient delivery of site facilities services.


Provides a multi-discipline engineering review of plans for facilities changes and equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.


Mechanical/Process systems (Chilled Water, Exhaust, HVAC, Air Compressors & Dryers) Reviews quarterly tracking, monitoring, and reporting of systems capacity and operating capabilities and uptime for facilities systems and manufacturing equipment and identifies operational risks and performance improvement opportunities.


Lead cross functional engineering team meetings to share Ideas, lessons learned, and provide updates and collection inputs on modern designs, project status, innovations, etc. Engineering design reviews, construction oversight and start-up commissioning support for facility construction and manufacturing systems.
