Maintenance of belt conveyor, belt joints of all types.Pulley lagging, belt replacement, belt laying, belt loop,gear box and motor making etc and their supervision.
Responsible for Preparation of Spares & Lubricants. Corrective Maintenance,Break down Maintenance, Shut down Maintenance and Overhauling with Planning of work and its Execution of all Rotating & Static Equipment like primary and Secondary Coal Crusher, Belt Conveyor and other equipment related to its with material handling plant (Coal).
Keeping records of daily activity report, breakdown report, shutdown down report, lubrication and greasing report. Daily maintenance checklist (SECTION WISE)
Planning and co-ordination of all activities for operation and maintenance of Chp.Planning and Supervising the Technicians.
Maintained records of scheduled maintenance activities.
Cleaned or lubricated shafts, bearings or other parts of machinery.
Repaired or replaced defective mechanical parts as needed.
Maintained inventory of spare parts used in repairs and replacements.
Transported materials from conveyor for quality assessment and processing.
Knowledge of Equipment’s in Crusher, Stacker reclaimer, Gear Box Alignment, Scoop Coupling, DF/DS , Conveyor Maintenances
