As a supervisor, the following were my responsibilities.

  • Led the payment team with a span of 20 people, consisting of the development and testing teams.
  • Performance review and salary revision.
  • Responsible for driving the various enhancement projects.
  • Responsible for handling the POS, Patron terminals, and device configuration
  • Coordination with various TNS global teams (U.S., France, Australia, Malaysia), and third-party vendors for POS terminal testing.

Worked with AT&T, a leading telecom service provider in the USA, and globally. Managed various responsibilities within the ordering section of the OSS system, a crucial application that interfaces with sales, workflow, provisioning, and billing.

As the Application Delivery Manager, I oversaw a team of forty members in the Service Delivery squad, which included both development and testing teams. I was fully responsible for managing enhancement projects and maintaining the ordering application. In addition to daily delivery activities, I also took on account-level initiatives. Here are some of my accomplishments:

  • Align the team and develop the strategy based on the customer's priority.
  • Facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.

  • Took the lead in ensuring to run the security scans regularly and address the issue based on severity.
