Roles and Responsibilities -

• Independently performing and executing manual test cases and test scripts on Set top box,Mobile app and Smart TV.

• Performed test on IPTV platform to make most efficient use of IP video streams in adaptive streaming protocols.

• Performed Build acceptance testing, Regression testing, functional testing, Stability testing and performance testing.

• Captured logs of issues using Wireshark and for Android using Charles proxy and ADB
• Performed QA, Smoke testing, UI testing, Usability and performance testing for mobileVodafone TV app
• Defect tracking and validation using JIRA.
• Involved in team project meetings and interacted with other team members to resolve the issues.
• Creating and updating weekly reports.
• Reviewing and assigning tasks to fellow colleagues as per the release notes.

Role - Team Lead - Test and operations

Description - The Netgem (UK) is the digital entertainment solution provider company, gives

solution in cloud based digital entertainment software for STB and mobile devices. This project provides the facility to view all the Set top box content in devices like mobile and tablets for the programs and features like Live, Recording, Replay, Restart, History, Flick, Fetch, Record to go, EPG, Reminder, In-home, Out of Home, etc. The project is having different customers from various part of the world like UK, Ireland, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Germany, Re Union Gibraltar and Oman.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• UI testing, Mobile application Testing
• Raising bugs and tickets and assigning them to developer team.
• Validation of defects in coordination with developer team.

• Test planning of the new features and mobile application to be released with colleagues and product team

• Report the status to the client and manager.
• Assign tasks to the Software Testers based on the software test plan
• Check the status of each assigned task daily and resolve any issues faced by the teammembers with their tasks
• Ensure that each team member is optimally occupied with work
• Re-assign the testing tasks, as required
• Track the assigned tasks with respect to the software test plan and the project schedule

• Deployment of new features in production environment.

Key Achievement – Overseas assignment (UK – London)
Successfully completed the Qualification of UK Region STB and Mobile application at client

siteand deployment of new release in production.

Duration - Around 5 months (August 2018 to December 2018)

Responsibilities -

• Independently performing Testing for BBC App Testing, MDS Testing.
• Test Planning of new releases with internal colleagues and Execute as per Plan.
• Ensure that the test cases are updated by the Software Testers, as required
• Validation on Defect fixes working with Development and Product Team.
• Report the status to the stakeholders (e.g. the client, project manager and the management)
• Escalate and obtain resolution of the issues related to the test environment and team.
• Deployment of the various contents / Application in production through DMS.
