Assistant Duty Manager Responsibilities

  • Overall supervision and oversight of air operations including check-in, boarding gates and arrivals by GHA
  • Issuance of EMD and EBT (including manuals) for passengers
  • Coordinate operational issues with headquarters, security, anti-fraud centers, and other agencies to find suitable solutions such as Visa, OKTB, etc
  • Collaborate with load controllers for turnaround coordination at RAMP and other related aircraft ground activities
  • World Tracer trained staff to track baggage irregularities
  • Appropriate support and follow-up of staff behavior upon arrival
  • Send sales reports, such as financial reports and other operational reports
  • Notify your team of new updates and announcements
  • Experience handling special and charter flights

Passenger Service Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervision of check-in, gate and arrival services
  • Check travel documents such as passports, visas, residence permits and other VOA related documents
  • Baggage screening and confirmation that all carry-on baggage meets federal guidelines
  • Participate in briefings and debriefings with duty managers and teammates to fully assess aspects of flight operations
  • Working with Saber (for Gulf Air and Oman Air)
  • Perform assigned tasks according to daily staffing. Provide proactive services to passengers prior to check-in (e.g. manage queues, remove old baggage tags, staff passengers, assist families with children and infants, etc.)
  • Providing services and support to DNB passengers
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with immigration, customs, security and other airport authorities
  • Assist passengers in the event of delays due to technical issues, AOG values and weather conditions etc
  • Bggage services handled by World Tracer AHL/DPR/OHD
  • Announcement of flight status updates and gate change information
  • Coordinate with all departments such as RAMP, BMA and BBA to ensure smooth operation. Ensure all staff maintain security in accordance with airline standards

Passenger Service Agent Responsibilities

  • Gate structures, boarding gate systems, printers and all related items are in good condition
  • Check your boarding pass at the gate to make sure the correct passenger is on board the flight
  • Print passenger manifests and other airline documents and make sure the paper reaches the aircraft before closing the door
  • Ensuring transit passengers are properly directed. Meet your flight upon arrival Ensuring timely service to passengers with special needs such as PRM, UMNR, MAAS
  • Supervision of arrival lines
  • The rush bag must clear customs and be handed over to the passenger immediately
