Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Primary market & Secondary market by conducting Qualitative review on sources to provide financial Document (IPO's, Financial Documents, like., Quarterly, Interim, Annual Reports of Co's) to meet client requirement with in the time tag
• Analyzing financial statements of Public and Private Companies across the Globe
• Analyzing the data from financial statements like Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash flow statement of the company
• Using Stock exchanges, Company websites, Third party sources, commissions, to collect financial documents to make it accessible to our clients to make their investment decision easy
• Deals with all the financial reports of companies across the globe
• Working on the parameter stated by clients & providing them the actual figures of their competitors
• Depth analysis of entire financial Documents-Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow statement information sourced from different Stock Exchanges and companies’ websites etc
• Regular monitoring of IPOs on dedicated markets assigned
• Need to Monitor Stock exchanges across globe, like SEC, LSX, ASX, PSX, TSX, NZX, NYSE, OTC, SEDAR, EDINET, TDNeT Etc
• Carry out research on companies, industries etc
• Resolving requests for product development immediately
• Need to Monitor Global Financial Reporting’s across the globe base on Client request of GAAP, NON GAAP & IFRS Preferences
• Need to Maintain data on Excel workbooks, spread sheets and Sorting of the required data for providing to management
• Regularly monitoring automated feeds and sending updates to Leads & Managers
• Meta data enhancement to the documents
• Depth analysis and tagging reports to exact companies under exact industry
• Secondary Research through Mails, Fax, calls to various companies for missing financial reports
• Updating data in excel sheets with the help of Vlook up reference
• Monitoring of Predefine Macro’s Performances created using SQL
• Predefined Python selenium Script edits and update the scripts to scrape financial reports to decrease manual intervention
• Responsible for performing Ad-hoc, Deep sector or backfill projects to improve process efficiency and performance of Projects as assigned by Management
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for process improvement
• Identifying the process improvement ideas and work with Automation Team to develop the existing process
• Training New Joiners on process knowledge, Financial reporting/ Excel skill sets and ensure training material/documentation is kept current
• Multi-task and troubleshoot any issues that arise with other departments to ensure their prompt and accurate resolution.
