Since believe in continuous learning I am always involving myself in different work field that new to my skill set so that I can be an asset of my organization.

Having almost 11 years of overall out of which 4 year of relevant experience in steel industry. Currently working as Assistant manager in Hot strip Mill, Jindal steel Odisha ltd, Angul. I have joined JSOL as Assistant Engineer in HSM project, Jan 2022. Previously working as project engineer in RWSS, Odisha drinking water supply project for mining affected area of Angul district. Also I had been working as teaching faculty in department of mechanical engineering of various colleges. Expertise in thermal analysis like effective heat transfer, refrigeration and air conditioning, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, performance analysis. Expertise in configuration and customization of SAP MM. Involved in preparation and executions of presentations and user manuals. Good understanding of business processes. Capable of adapting and working on new systems & environments easily. A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability and problem solving capability. Having a positive attitude towards learning and growth. Capable of multitasking work.

  • Since I have done my M.tech in Thermal science and Heat Power engineering I am very much comfortable in field like Thermodynamics , Heat transfer analysis(conduction, convection and Radiation , mixed mode ) , Refrigeration engineering , Air conditioning , Power plant engineering.

The corporation has provision for storage of food grains through Departmental storage system and issue to dealers :-

  • Since I joined the project at final preparation phase of implementation I have started my work with user training according to the client business process

  • Handled various types of issues by receiving and acknowledging the user by giving an Initial response and gather needed information.

  • Monitor: water properties parameter such as Turbidity,pH levels,Temperature, Oil & suspended solids by managing the chemical dosing .Especially Scale pit, Clarifiers Filters Cooling towers
  • Manage chemical dosing: by Corrosion inhibitors, Biocides Coagulant in order to prevent issues like: Nozzle choking,Scaling,Biological growth
  • Scheduling .planning and executing the Maintenance Duties which includes the schedule preventive maintenance of equipments of water treatment system such as pumps, pipelines, and filters by ensuring the proper sludge removal and disposal

  • Compressed Air system : maintain continuous and stable compressed air supply by monitoring the pressure level ,Air quality (dryness, oil-free condition).Ensure proper working of: Air compressors Dryers along with its supporting systems like intercooler pumps ,cooling tower , valves
