Writer and Director
Directed and wrote a psychological drama film, GUILTY, this story follows two detectives investigate a murder that appears to be a suicide. While the younger detective pursues a powerful suspect, he discovers his partner fabricates evidence for personal reasons. Their clash forces them to confront uncomfortable truths and exposes moral gray areas.
Major Learnings (Other than technical stuff):
- 1) Never rush anything. While filming everything in two days, I understood the importance of identifying the number of days the story truly demands.
- 2) No matter what, prepare the actors before the shoot. This is the most important responsibility of a director.
- 3) Do not take on everything. I handled cinematography as well, but I learned that finding the right people for the job is essential instead of trying to do everything yourself.
