ICET allows solutioner to convert customer cloud requirements into an configuration that can be priced using standard Service Delivery Management (SDM) tools. It offers a web-based interface to gather customer data and configure service quantities. The output is a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx format) file, used as input for SDM costing and pricing tools.
