• Login with QR Code :: Allowing the customers to login into Retail Internet banking with QR Code. This had a huge response from a lot of customers who forgot their user ID and password, and it resulted in converting 8% of the inactive customer base to active
• Smart Lock :: Orchestrated the deployment of the RIB Smart Lock feature, resulting in 27% decrease in unauthorized transactions and achieved a milestone of 10,000 successful locks within first month of the launch.
• NPCI-IBMB Integration in the PG :: Implemented the new flow for IBMB in the ICICI Payment Gateway, where all the transactions will be monitored and routed by the NPCI, expecting a stable monthly revenue of 25 Crores.
• Smart Checkout Transactions :: Developed the flow where customers can directly do the transactions with fingerprint if the iMobile APP is installed on the Users Mobile device, and conquered a constant business of 1 Cr per month.
• Quick Checkout Transactions :: Launched the flow where users can do the transaction without redirecting to ICICI PG, if they are registered for Quick checkout. So far, we have dragged a 2 Cr quarterly revenue share in the market
• FASTag Vahan Validation :: Implemented the FASTag Vahan Validation in the ICICI FASTag flows and generating 5lacs revenue monthly.
• Pay Via QR Code & Push Notification :: Introducing the QR Code & Push Notification based Payment method at the Non-logged in section of the ICICI Payment Gateway, and at the logged in section of the Funds Transfer. Targeting to cross 5 crore in the first month of the launch
• iPay Multiple Transactions :: Introducing the feature where a user can do the Multiple transactions in a single go with single authentication.
• Split Expenses :: Introducing the feature where a user can split the expenses among his/her friends or family members. Grabbing the attention of non-ICICI customers to become members of ICICI, expecting 10,000 new customers to bank on a monthly basis

• Developed and Maintained 180+ APIs for the ICICI bank, enhancing reusability across digital channels and internal applications, showcasing a track record of impactful product development.
• Mastered an innovative solution in Login Mechanism by introducing "Login with QR" which resulted in increase of login count by 16%. I am happy to announce that, I am the first person who launched the QR based Login in the Banking sector.
• Enhanced the FASTag SI Setup and increased in the business by 7%.
• Identified and fixed the fallouts in the Payment gateway, which increased the business revenue by 5%.
• Introduced the Pay Via EMI Feature in the Payment gateway of ICICI, which has a good response from the customers and a revenue generation to the bank.
