Description: License Manager is a spring boot application using AngularJS for frontend and MariaDB database. It is used to create, manage and deploy licenses for all Safe Fleet software products and devices.

Responsibilities:

Implemented full stack multiple features of license manager like create/edit customer, device, tenants, licenses

Modernized the monolithic license manager to microservice architecture to decouple UI and backend developments

2. AIP Console – Architecture Checker and Transactions

Description: AIP Console is a web application which provides the services required to configure and run AIP (Application Intelligence Platform) analyses remotely. AIP Console discovers the technologies used in the code, adds the needed extensions, sets up the schema and runs the analyzer without the need for any manual intervention.

Responsibilities:

Implemented full stack multiple features into AIP console for Architecture checker and transactions module like create, read, edit architecture model, set engine that generates objects for each architecture layer, check model to show violations, show bookmarks for violations in source code

3. Hewitt@work Time & Attendance Module Process Clock Data

Description : In Time and Attendance Module of Hewitt@workapplication Process Clock Data is used to process the employee's swipes, leaves and COA applications and arrive at the employee's attendance for a day.

Responsibilities:

Implemented the entire logic in PL/SQL package (which was in java on UI side and taking 5-6 hours for employee count of 3000 for one month) within short time provided for the project. The process after converting to PL/SQL procedure took only 15mins and it was achieved 100% error free.

Involved in the customer issue related to time taken for processing clock data.

Participated in analysing the issue, planning and implementing the solution

Coordinated for testing with QA team for the entire year payroll

4. Hewittpay China Payroll Process Module

Description: HewittpayChina is a web-based payroll application used by Aon Hewitt that services the payroll processing needs of various clients across China. Payroll Management involves various activities like calculation on salaries, arrears, reimbursements, managing loans, taxes.

Responsibilities:

Implemented parallel processing which reduced processing time from 32 hours to 10 hours for a client with 16000 employee count thus achieved 70% reduction in process time.

5. Hewitt@work Leave Module

Description: Hewitt@work is an application that provides HR solutions. Leave Module is used by clients for applying and approving Leaves online.

Responsibilities:

Automated year end process to calculate leave balance and leaves carried forward during year end. This was greatly appreciated by clients as their time spent on manual activity was reduced and the process now takes only 15-30 minutes for the yearend process.

Developed reports like Leave Balance Report, Leave Details Report, and Annual Leave Balance Report.

Participated in analysing the year end issues, planning and implementing the solution

Supported the payroll processing team during year end process

6. AonHewitt Web Upload Module

Description: Web upload module is used by clients to upload payroll related data in hrworkwaysindiaapplication. Data from hrworkwaysindia(client side) is then transferred to hewittpay application(production side) into different payroll related input tables. This data is then used for payroll processing. Web upload reduced operation team's time and also client's dependency on our operation team as client can directly upload the data at their end.

Responsibilities:

Implemented the PL/SQL procedure to transfer data by creating mapping and generating dynamic queries to select data from client uploaded tables and to insert data into payroll related input tables.

Description: Cost-Centre wise Salary Report provides the breakup of an employee's salary based on the cost centre he was working.

Developed the PL/SQL package to identify the different effective dates and cost centrecodes for an employee for a particular month from the multiple data uploaded in the job history table and then each pay component was split between the cost centre.
