Currently working as Technical Team Lead for Application Support TB&M - India for ABN AMRO, leading and managing a team of 18 people
I am responsible for the team right from Onboarding/Offboarding, KT, Operational and Technical issues, Claims, Conflict Resolution, Guiding and Coaching the team. I am also interacting with my team in Netherlands on a regular basis.
Working in co-ordination with my Kyndryl counterparts, IBM and Kyndryl Management. I am also the first point of contact for the client for any issues/escalations.

I am involved in transformations and process improvements being initiated by the client and also working on improving the visibility of the team in the ever so changing environment within the bank.   • Joined the Business Analyst team of the project and worked for the Blue Exchange module. It deals with real-time customer queries, status of their claims, and eligibility for particular services.
  • An active member of the successful migration of Blue Exchange in very stringent timelines and gained appreciation from the client.
  • Involved in Test Matrix, Data Preparation, and Regression pack for various CSRs in BX.

  • Worked on Resolving the defects Raised by after the Release, Retesting, Assignment to proper team and Validating the solution provided by the Development team.
