• The goal of the project is to test new business enhancements and monthly release for defect items applicable to different Line of Businesses (Commercial).
• Worked for the implementation & maintenance of Commercial Lines (General Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property and Inland Marine).
• As a QA (Quality Assurance) Lead, my responsibilities typically include overseeing the entire quality assurance process within a project or team.
• Define and implement overall test strategy, architecture, and frameworks for projects and enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate testing tools, automation platforms, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable test solutions.

• Analysis of the business requirements.
• Analysis of mapping documents.
