Job Responsibility
• Manpower Management: Manage the operations of the shift. Optimum Deployment of the AAs into process path to achieve max productivity and minimum backlogs.
• Maintain Quality standards in all the process path. Coaching the AA on floor for any deviation. Conduct Audits regularly to monitor the compliance of SJI.
• Maintaining IB metrics like productivity, quality, safety & action towards improving the targets
• Shift Planning’s & Reporting all the reports

• Worked in SAMB closure project – Transshipment Pick/Pack and Dispatch
• Kaizen project for short shipment daily to reducing MFI claim
• AFT(AMD1) launch project – Transshipment Receive/Stow/Reconciled
• Strategic planning was carried out along with L&D team for enhancing skill index
• Kaizen Project for Ground floor picking 80% & improving transshipment rates 160 UPH
• Short Shipment Audit macro help to achieving 0% Short shipment error & 0% SLA Miss
• Improved stow productivity from 78% to 110% in 3 months by optimizing inventory layout
