• Launched the ‘PVR Dashboard’ in May’23 which provides holistic visibility of Partner Carrier Program (PCP) flow highlighting dimensional and category wise split of forecast vs actual landing across the network. Further, reconciliation of orphan shipments through the dashboard was initiated in MM and LM leading to savings of ~30MM INR since launch.

• Ideated and led the mothballing project at AMD2 revolving around mothballing of 0.3MM cubic ft. (20%) building design cube between April’23- Aug’23 through consolidation of 0.25MM of inventory units leading to total cost savings of 1.8MM INR.
