  • Took time off to be with my family after recovering from a debilitating back problem

  • In this application, the users can create their annual report filing and submit the filing
  • The Annual Report Fulfillment Support will be used by the internal users to track the progress of the e-filing
  • Then the filings will be submitted to states either via state provided B2B interface or using an existing state website
  • Wrote common methods to parse the XML to fetch and write data into XML
  • Involved in the preparation of Unit Test Cases and performed Unit testing of the application
  • Performed IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) and raised maximum possible defects

  • Annual Report Filing:
  • All profit and non-profit corporations (domestic and foreign), as well as all limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships must submit annual reports and associated processing fees each year following their dates of incorporation/registration
  • These filings are made online using the BEF application
  • Technical Aspect of the Project:
  • This is an XML and XSLT driven application
  • The forms for the various Filings and different jurisdictions are developed in C#.Net
  • The data entered in the forms will be saved into the XML
  • The XML data will be fetched, manipulated and populated in the corresponding fields in the PDF Document using XSLT
  • Wrote the XML Schema definitions for the XML
  • Employed XML and XSLT for generation of PDF documents for the various business entity filings
  • Involved in writing common methods to fetch data from the xml and manipulate the results using XSLT to populate the fields in the PDF Document
