- Single handedly developed and built an interactive Chatbot tool using supervised and unsupervised learning. Implemented end to end functionality of the tool. GUI facilitated the employees to get the answer for any confluence related queries quickly. Training data was fetched using web scraping technologies like selenium and BeautifulSoap. Python was used for building NLP and ML models.
- Implemented an end-to-end CICD DevOps pipeline which increased the level of automation and efficiency to transfer and app deployment without any manual interaction. Process was implanted using Jenkins, ansible, GCP and Github. This pipeline has reduced the process to a couple of minutes hence saving a lot of time.
- Built a credit decision engine which automated the process of decision making of a loan approval request based on the history of the customer like credit score, demographic attributes etc.., and business rules. KPIs were identified and analytical models were built providing a more accurate decision.
- Customer experience optimization for banking Apps using ML models using a review analyzer. Evaluated customer journeys and touch points on digital media to understand customer drop off points with high friction. Designed several experiments to improve the customer experience to drive them towards their intended destinations, leading to a positive impact on the customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Developed a utility that could process the loan application forms (MSME) and convert it into the require format and provide an automated solution to facilitate the decision makers.
