Project 1: An application for farmers.

• Engaged with customers by arranging calls to demonstrate the application, highlighting how it can help them reach a global audience, and expand their market.
• Boosted client retention by 40% by presenting the solutions, dashboards created through Power BI, and features of the application to this group of non-technical audience, delivering effective strategies.
• Onboarded the clients through effective and efficient training, and made sure the customer support team is always on standby for the customers.
• Received an appreciation letter from the customer for delivering effective training and helping them better understand the application, which led to their decision to onboard.

Project 2: Stabilizing In-House platform (Product Testing)

• Uncovered over 100+ testcases and brainstormed unconventional use cases for product development thus ensuring its stability and readiness for organizational integration.
• Conducted gap analysis to identify and document platform inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve platform features and experience by providing real-time insights.
• Involved raising new features and bugs through JIRA, Bug, and NFB Boards, and collaborated with the platform team to effectively correct and implement the issues/advancements.

Project 3: A pet service application for service providers.

• Collaborated with a leading pet service provider based out of Hyderabad to cut down on their offline registration process, as it was time-consuming and resulting in human error.
• Involved designing of functional Business Process Modelling and Notion (BPMN) flows and created simple to complex logic use cases based on the client requirements such as OTP/ email logins, easy navigation to pages through icons and 2 step registration processes.
• Managed to develop 4 user modules with a team of 2 people within 3 months and collaborated with internal stakeholders, troubleshooted the high priority issues, and successfully delivered an intuitive application.

Project 4: Delivery of Proof of Concepts.

• Conducted extensive research across various domains, applying critical thinking and continuous learning to develop POCs tailored to diverse industry needs.
• Successfully developed 50+ solutions to demonstrate as POC to various clients across domains to showcase the ability of company’s in-house platform.
• Worked on understanding API integrations and Postman to implement in the solutions and showcase complex use cases.
• Created visual representations of process flows through Figma that helped effectively communicate tailored solutions, aligning with specific client needs and industry standards through thorough research, analytical, and logical thinking.

Project 5: Fleet Management system of a healthcare service.

• I spearheaded the complete module by defining goals and scope, designing flows that aligned with our product features, and handling a team of 10 members.
• Worked on entity relationship modelling diagram (ERD) for about 80+ entities and data migration with external stakeholders to ensure accurate data input into the system.
• Created and maintained project schedules that identified tasks, dependencies, and timelines and managed cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Led weekly progress meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and to address any issues.
• Developed workflows that integrate the finest aspects of the platform, while including automated procedures to reduce human interference and errors.
• Collaborated with the UI/UX team for showcasing a user-friendly experience but pleasing colours and flexibility in navigation of screens. Also worked with the platform team to resolve bugs during development.
• Extended work hours occasionally to ensure timely delivery, actively collaborating with my team to resolve issues, and providing them with the flexibility to understand and work efficiently.
