ACE Teams comes under TAX service line in Deloitte

In this Project, we are helping our TAX Practitioners by preparing the returns through BOTS. Different bots are responsible for Different Tax Returns and their Efiling and Printing Process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business requirement through Workshops, Interviews and workflow analysis.
• Defining Acceptance Criteria for functional and NON Functional Requirements (User Stories/ Use Cases) with Business Stakeholders to maximize the business value and system performance.
• Worked with Product Owners, IT SME's and Architecture team to document requirements to implement Enhancement and changes on Agile methodology approach.
• Led a Cross functional Team of engineers and testers to develop features and fix the production defects.
• Performed the GAP Analysis and Impact Analysis for all business requirements.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, demo and participate/ organize in daily standups. Also groomed Product backlogs in readiness for the sprint cycle.
• Owning Entire Project life cycle of development from definition to management to Execution.
• Prepared Strong Documents like PDD (Process Design Document), BRD (Business Requirement Document), Work Tracker, Change Request Documents, Production Defect Document.
• Regular co-ordination with onshore-offshore team to Communicate time lines, to identify issues, track, report and co-ordinate to get issue resolved in a timely manner.
• Conducted User Acceptance Training (UAT) with the stakeholders and business users .
• As Scrum Master, helping Scrum Team to resolve the impediments, facilitating discussions,Decision making and conflict resolution.
• Identify area of improvement to increase accuracy, completeness and implement solution in overall process.
• Manage Automation Tracker to track work progress , compiling Production Issues (incidents) to drive continuous improvements and drive down re - occurring incidents.
• Participated in the Quality Assurance process by validating reported defects/changes against requirements.
• Training and mentoring Team Members on best and most effective ways to use scrum in order to improve efficiency and reduce production time.

Project:- Learning Management System (Internal)

Project Description:- This project is for creating an app for our employees to avail different technology knowledge across various domain.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered requirements through interviews, meetings and existing documentation.
• Prepared the Functional Design Document with Use cases and Activity diagram covering all the business needs. Assist with the Project Manager to define project milestones, schedules, monitoring progress and updating plans using MS Project
• Involved in Risk Analysis.
• Communicating and conferencing with Leads and programmers for client requirements analysis and for accurate translations.
• Identified the deliverables at the end of the inception and elaboration phase , in terms of business modeling and requirements analysis.
• Reviewed the business Requirements with Business Lead.
• Defined functional specifications from existing business requirements.
• Created and maintained test cases based on functionality and use cases.
• Scheduled and coordinated for meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Involved in preparing test plans for functionality tests by QA team.
• Reported Defects and tracking through SERVICE NOW.
• Assisted Business User during deployment in formulating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Attended QR (Quality Review) Process Meeting.
• Involved in conducting User Training.
