Heading the Business Finance and FP&A function, key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of management and Investor reporting including monthly and quarterly reviews with recommendations and insights.
• Owning and driving the overall company budgets including functional / department budgets and KPIs.
• Enhanced company profitability with rigorous cost analysis and budget management.
• Working on pricing strategy and marketing mix to optimize marketing spends and ensuring ROI
• Managing the procurement process with commercial due diligence and vendor negotiations to ensure cost optimizations. Established vendor management and approval process in the organization.
• Working with internal & external stakeholders to execute Internal & Statutory Audits and further implement suggestions and mitigate risks.
• Working on internal process improvements for better Financial controls - introduction of expense management tool, implementation of invoice digitization.
• Tracking portfolio of invested companies & working with investment officer to manage portfolio.

Led the FP&A function for Ola electric, responsibilities included:

• Building and driving Annual Operating Plan with stakeholders including expansion and long term plans
• Working closely with leadership team and founder to drive P&L and key metrics
• Monthly management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow & Balance sheet
• Working with treasury team to drive key capital actions including Debt raise and fund planning

FP&A lead for India Sub-continent region, responsibilities included:

• Monthly and Quarterly reporting including SKU, region and product wise P&Ls
• Working with business leads on pricing and distributor schemes for Sales Growth
• SG&A management including overheads and marketing
• Working on Business cases for new product launches

Acted as Business Finance Partner for OYO Home, responsibilities included:

• Responsible for Divisional Financial reporting & MIS
• Working with Supply chain team to ensure commercial viability of new properties signed. Developed "property onboarding matrix"
• Driving regional and zonal P&L with stakeholders including developing Property wise P&L to drive optimizations
• Pricing analysis and cost optimization projects

Supported the North America Re-insurance FP&A team

Joined from Campus as a part of the Senior Management training programme. Worked across Finance function departments and on key projects.
