➔ Identified, executed and implemented reconciliation scope due to platform shifting and provided soft dollar benefit on the account maintenance (closure initiated and finalized above 85% within project deadline)

• Agent Risk Reporting o Rating the agent’s performance based on the client feedback and sharing the same with the higher management. ➔ Standardized account naming convention was implemented over 180 agents and minimized the risk on Client Money and Asset Security as per FCA guidelines

• ATLAS Reconciliation o Operational KPIs : Reach out to custodial banks, data providers, and account managers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records.

• Identify and manage all operational risks (such as currency cut off timings, held payments, SWIFT release etc)

• Liaise with MO, Collateral and ETD team along with the PB Clients for smooth transaction processing and identify and manage all operational risks Provide support to consumers of cash data, including cash desks and portfolio managers (Internal payment failure investigation and reconciliation)
