• Project description:
  Telstra Corporation Limited (known as Telstra) is Australia's largest telecommunications and media company which builds and operates telecommunications networks and markets voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other entertainment products and services.

• Roles and responsibilities
  Involved in preparation requirement gathering phase, Business blueprint and Realization phases of SAP BW 7.4 on HANA.
  Understanding the business requirement and creating the functional specifications.
  Creating Technical Specifications based on the functional Specifications.
  Delivered designed data model analytical solutions within the timelines.
  Ensured that solutions are met as per the requirements outlined in the architecture handbook.
  Created various Info Cubes, DSO’s, Composite Providers per the Business Requirements.
  Worked in the Areas of Sales and Distribution, Materials Management and Finance (FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL, and COPA).
  Involved in unit and Integration testings and Developed Integration test scripts as part of the ITC.
  Designed and developed various Process chains.
  Carried out Data Validation between the source system data and target data and analyzed whether the values are populated correctly.
  Transported all developed objects in ECC and BI across the system landscape.
  Written Integration test scripts and fixed various defects raised by the business users.
  Created various Crystal Reports on top of the BEx queries. Extensively worked on the Publication setup and Scheduling process.

• Roles and responsibilities:

Mainly contributed on the change requests.
Understanding the change request and updating the Technical Specifications based on the Functional specifications.
Developed the objects as per the technical specifications.
Provided effort estimations and align with business teams.
Followed standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery.
Coordinated all business requirements gathering efforts with the BW Project.
Worked on the Functional requirement documents and Data Model designs.
Captured the information and producing the deliverables from the business requirements gathering sessions.
Incorporated the changes in Back end, BEx query level and BO reports.
Performed the OQ and PQ testing in the quality and production systems.
Worked on Defect Management, Incident Management and Change Request Management.
Closely interacted with the Business users and Functional consultants for understanding the business requirements and functional requirements.
Enhancements were done at BW Backend level and implemented necessary changes at BEx Query level and BO Report level.
Transported all the enhanced objects to Quality system and performed the OQ testing in Q system.
Involved in Enhancements, Maintain and Support Work Requests.
Enhancement and production support to ensure service level expectations.
Automated the data loads which are done manually in the project and so saved much time for the resources in daily monitoring of data loads.
Created Process chain for Cube Compression, PSA Deletion, Events and Rollups of Info Cube.
Maintaining Process chains.
Experience in Info Cube managing activities like creating indices, Rollup and compressing the data in Data Targets.
Manual triggering of Process chains whenever the chain fails.
