  • System Administration: Manage and maintain TrackWise system, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues related to system functionality, user access, and data integrity.
  • Server Management: Responsible for overseeing 32 production servers, ensuring system stability and troubleshooting issues triggered by monitoring applications (OASIS, Splunk) to track system performance and address any alerts or failures in a timely manner.
  • Patch Management: Coordinate monthly server and database patching in collaboration with DB and Linux teams to implement system updates, including minor and major patches, ensuring compatibility and system stability.
  • SSL Certification Installation: Install SSL certificates upon alerts from vendor (Venafi) to maintain system security.
  • Post-Maintenance Verification: Conduct post-maintenance verification by creating Run IDs in HP-ALM to ensure successful implementation.
  • IT Change, Incident & Issue Management: Manage IT change control processes, handle incidents, service requests, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management, and problem resolution.
