1. Verizon: The Verizon application is a centralized customer journey case management (CJCM) platform that supports Verizon’s large-scale
telecommunications operations, include wireless, wireline, broadband and digital services. It is designed to manage high-volume customer interactions such as new service activations, plan changes, billing inquiries, service disruptions and customer support requests. The application acts as single system to combine and communicate with other systems to engage , ensure that customer requests are captured, tracked and processed consistently across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
• Implemented Agile / Scrum Methodology and participated in development & conversion of business requirements into Jira stories.
• Integrated with external systems to retrieve or send data using Connect REST, Service REST.
• Implementation of Queue Processors & Job Scheduler for background processing instead of Agents.
• Created Case Type, Stages, Process flows, Steps and Properties based on the requirements.
• Coded various PRPC activities, data transforms, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, Data Pages, Report Definitions, Category, Shortcuts, Validations, Portals, Navigations, Correspondence, Paragraphs.
• Configured Data Pages for different scopes or Modes for loading reference data from various Sources.
• Followed PEGA Guardrails in implementation of the application.
• Implementation of Declarative Processing features like Expressions, On Change etc and Decision Rules like Decision Table, Decision Tree, Map Values.
• Great experience in debugging application using PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard, performance testing using PAL tool.

2. Bank of America (BOFA):
Worked on Application Global Risk vendor Management which supports the complete lifecycle of employee relations and compliance portal used by Bank of America to manage employee-related inquiries, investigation, supervisory reviews and internal compliance cases. The application acts as the system of record for tracking and managing employee interactions, ensuring transparency, consistency and regulatory adherence across internal HR and compliance operations.
Responsibilities:
• Created Case Types, Stages, Process flows, Steps and Properties based on the requirements.
• Implemented validations, data modeling to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Worked on BIX file configurations for secure data extractions and reporting purposes
• Developed and optimized activities to handle complex business logic
• Implementation of Declarative Processing features like Expressions, and Decision Rules like Decision Table, Decision Tree, Map Values.
• Build and enhanced frontend components, including UI/UX design, sections and dynamic functionality on UI elements, ensuring a user-friendly and responsive interface.
• Implementation of Queue Processors & Job Scheduler for background processing instead of Agents.
