Description and Roles and Responsibilities:

Working on Payment Maintenance Services for a US Banking Services Provider.

Developed Card MQ/CICS Code Migration System for Card Management Application from Mainframe Map/Terminal architecture. Single-handedly developed all 19 services for this application. Worked on starting from requirement gathering to build architecture for this Mainframe MQ application. Worked with multiple stakeholders (Front end/Middleware/End to End User) and delivered this Project. Simultaneously working on Payments File Migration to cloud system via FTP. Worked on project release-related activity.

Taking care of TCS internal project-related activity.

• Description:
• Currently Working as lead in CITI EMEA Corebankng Payments and Transfer Team. This application deals with all type payments like SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS and different payment modes like POS/Mobile Banking/Internet banking/Cash Withdrawal/Standing Instruction etc.
• Roles And Responsibility:
• Understand business requirement and provide technical solution. Get involved from Business User Story initiation to Implementation and also support Production Environment after go live. Understating full payment architecture of different services like MLI/SOA/API and connectivity with many further Corebanking Applications.Working on JCL,VSAM,CICS,Db2,Easytrieve, Spufi,Confluence,Bit-bucket etc tools.
• Interact with Business team and provide optimize technical solution . Support UTT team on UAT testing and provide scope details on technical changes.
• Received appreciations from Director level for quick learning and providing Support to Singapore team for Quarterly releases. Working on Splunk Dashboard Implementation for EMEA region, which can be used all transactions number live within single dashboard and can identify any abnormality at any point.

Description:

• Performed as team lead in MasterCard Operation Command Center, which is MasterCard global Production Support team,,Which supports all MasterCard applications, Production Infrastructure
• It is 24/7 team which provides L1 and L2 Production Support, receives customer issue and solving them with in proper SLA time
• MasterCard provides payment transaction/ card / mobile transaction facilities Worldwide,And also have their own payment process system for which Command Center team provides all IT application platform support
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Team’s responsibility is to monitor and resolve all kinds of IT application failure, Customer Issues
• Get involve in Critical Production Issues and assess customer impact
• Initiate crisis calls to gather all application team involvement required, to co-ordinate them and fix issue within timely manner
• Maintain Service Assurance for overall MasterCard Platform by monitoring critical Processes for both IT applications and Remedy systems
• Innovation is the key part in MasterCard, shared many ideas on Process Improvement and application platform improvement which will ease task for Production Support team members
• Manage team members from shift, monitoring their daily works, providing daily feedback on stand-up call
• Manage team's time-sheet/holiday/shift allowance approvals

Description

Have a in depth knowledge on Trade Process System. Supply Chain Solution Product of HSBC provides facility to Buyer and supplier to do business with ease. It provides early payment (EPR), direct debit, credit note, reserve retention, Auto EPR, Partial EPR, future EPR and invoice settlement on settlement date. Product also has payable finance functionality and good reporting capability which can be used by buyer, supplier and bank staff to do reconciliation of invoices at different state of the invoice & invoice tracking during the invoice cycle and bank finance management. Have good knowledge of SWIFT payments/global payment system. Have been a part of product enhanced with Globalization and cross border (Third party payments) payments functionality to improve product capability. One more interesting feature is rebate to buyer for funded invoice. Currently working in development engineering team as well as provide L3 Production Support on major incident.

Roles and responsibilities

• Working in Supply Chain Solution Production Support team as a lead engineer. Working as SME on Mainframe application for this HSBC product. Providing Project Estimation, resource booking, Environment booking etc.
• As SME, or any major incident, provided quick resolution/temporary work around. And identify the root cause, evaluate defect impact and raising change request for permanent fix. Represent the defect details in weekly change control board meeting with higher management for prioritizing fix.
• Closely work with stake holders for new requirements to identify changes in the system. Simultaneously help on requirement and also get involved in preparing Business Requirement.
• Have in depth knowledge on Payment System with SWIFT. So provide technical solution to Customer On-boarding team/related country RM.
• The entire application involves lots of other application systems of HSBC banking. So, Co-ordination with each team for Production related issues is quite challenging task which is solely team’s responsibility to handle.
• In the first phase of HSBC Career I have worked in Development as well. Where from Business Requirement to prepare Solution Proposal/High level design/Code Changes for multiple projects. Have Worked on several projects like Cross Border payment, regulatory Changes for Indonesia/China/US,

US Green Field project, Earth and Moon project for UK ring faced and non-ring faced separation, Risk Distribution project for several Countries.

• Have worked closely with UAT and SAT testing team to assist on their UAT defects and to resolve issue quickly.
• Reconciliation of money movement for the application whenever there is a break reported from Finance team for any country. Which is actually the Finance Support provided with respect to actual payment movements from system.
• Involved in Change Control Board meetings with senior management/product Owner for prioritization of Mainframe projects
• Have leaded from front for projects like Earth and Moon and US Green Field.
• Have followed agile methodology.
• Lead PVT and release support in production. Monitor Production releases and provide handover to Production Support team.
• Established Xmatter alert system for all the Country batches.
• Trained and mentored junior developers and engineers, teaching skills in Mainframe and SCS application and working to improve overall team performance

• Went to Guangzhou China to provide Knowledge Transfer to China Production Support team member on Mainframe application usage.
• Received appreciation from Higher Management for successful releases under my leadership and critical firefight support. Also got recognized from multiple stake holders all over the world.
• Received HSBC STAR award in 2018. Also received HSBC Team award for US Green Field, Earth and Moon Project. Received HSBC Pat on the back award for July 2019.
• Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues

Worked For HSBC Supply Chain Solution Project and eventually moved to HSBC and became SME for Mainframe Applications

• Received Customer Delight Award for 2015 for excellent delivery and process automation in Capgemini
• Received appreciation from Team lead/Manager for developing tools for automation of processes that help in increasing efficiency of analysis and testing work in the project in Capgemini.
