• Troubleshooting issues related to power ON, power off, migration of virtual machines
• Generating reports (CPU, Memory and Disk) for the VM and analyzing the performance issues
• Resolving tickets using ticketing tools following ITIL process
• Worked on tickets assigned by the helpdesk
• Creating virtual machines
• Performing snapshot and removing when the activity is completed
• Disk space analysis
• Doing VM migration, storage migration etc.
• Post validation on application/OS server systems on health check
• Troubleshooting Office 365 Applications
• Creating and managing Storage Pool in Hive IO Fabric console
• Editing a Golden Templates in Environment
• Creating and managing Desktop pool in Environment
• Troubleshooting of common guest and host issues in VM

• Monitoring alerts in Hive IO Fabric Console for every 2 hours
• Performing a machine restore with existing Data from snapshot
• Adding Users in AD Groups
• Creating and managing storage in NetApp(ONTAP9)
• Creating Data Replication between two locations
• Validating Total Health of Storage, Capacity and Performance (Latency, IOPS, Throughput) in NetApp
• Performing Reboot activity in Servers
• Hands on experience on IDRAC Server

Cloud Experience:

• Monitor and maintain Azure resources to ensure high availability and performance
• Assist in provisioning and configuring Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and Virtual Networks
• Participate in the implementation and management of Azure governance policies and best practices
• Support deployment and management of applications on Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide appropriate Azure solutions
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and resolution of Azure-related issues and incidents
• Implement and maintain Azure security measures, including Azure Active Directory (AAD) configurations and RBAC
• Maintain documentation for Azure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Work with Azure Cost Management to optimize cloud spending and resource utilization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features to provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
