Experienced in handling high Priority tickets (SEV1 and SEV2) – as a on call support resource
Experienced in handling validations for Production environment (system testing for all connections and troubleshooting) after every month maintenance
Provide end user support and training on OTC processes and functionality
Worked on automation of repetitive tickets analysis and solution for ticket reduction
Worked on DSD, FSV, MLP, Transporeon, Moviliser, LEO.e.t.c
Hands on experience on “Service now” Tool
Good communication skills, very good team player, highly motivated with a go getter attitude.
