- M/s. Deva shree Ispat (p) Ltd (SHREE TMT), Hyderabad (From July 2017 to present) – 50000 per month Mill-1 17” Roughing ,6-Intermediate stand, 10 continous stand & manual cooling bed. Mill-2 22” Roughing mill, 4 Intermediate stand, 10 Continous stands & manual cooling bed.
- Role: Mechanical Maintanance Engineer(July 2017 to May 2018) Handling a team under Gear box, Lubrication System, pinch rolls, cold shear, Flying&Continous shear maintanance. All conveyors Related maintanance like hot charging, mill service table, Y table and cooling bed conveyors. 2 EOT cranes (10 & 15ton) maintanance. Roll assembley and roll stock maintanance.
- Role: Assistance Project engineer and Developement (June 2018 to July 2021) Autocad for mill erection drawing. 2 Intermediate stand and 6 continous stand Erection and commissioning done. Double line mill running process(Line-1 8mm & 10mm TMT bars and Line-2 12mm,16mm,20mm,25mm&32mm TMT bars running) 2 intermediate + 4 continous stands common running after dividing line-1 & line-2 (line-1 10 stands and line-2 6 stands running). Line-2 Pinch rolls, tail braker, Flying shear, TMT water box and cooling bed erection and commissioning done. Cobble shear (location changed) erection and commissioning done. 22” Roughing mill stand and converyor,tiliting table. 17” Roughing mill stand and converyor,y table table.
- Role: Shift Incharge (Aug 2022 to Dec 2025) Mill production and developement. Monitoring for Overall mill maintanance. Technical co-ordination of material purchase. Workers administration.
- Plant Details:- Plant Capacity: 360000MT/Year. Furnace type: Induction furnace. Specialty: Double mill plant. (22” Mill & 18” Mill) Product: Various sizes of TMT bars (Range 8mm to 32mm). Grade 550.
- Maintenance and Development(Responsibility and Activities) Monitor quality and quantity of work done by individuals. Insist and ensure compliance of safe working practices among all the workmen. Design, Promote and Carry out Preventative Maintenance. Overhaul and upkeep and repair of all plant machines including; Pumps, Compressor, Gear boxes, Heat- Exchangers, Industrial Valves, Hydraulic system, etc. Study behavior of each equipment and optimize maintenance activities. Spares Maintenance. Analysis and study of break-down & trouble shooting of equipment’s. Preparation of breakdown reports.
- Managed project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and enhancing overall project success.
