Designed and developed a comprehensive Service Inflow Dashboard in Power BI to monitor and analyze the volume, category, and priority of incoming service requests. The solution provides real-time visibility into operational performance, enabling stakeholders to track workload patterns, SLA compliance, backlog status, and request-handling efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Imported and transformed data from SharePoint and Azure SQL Database into Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Created measures and calculated columns using DAX for metrics and advanced analytics.
• Designed interactive reports including drill-downs, drill-throughs, and sync slicers.
• Imported custom visuals from the Power BI gallery based on client requirements.
• Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce data access controls.
• Defined attribute relationships and hierarchies among dimensions for optimized data modeling.
• Developed dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements and KPIs.
• Configured Power BI Gateway and scheduled data refresh for up-to-date dashboards.

Project: Defects Dashboard (2W Industry)

Designed to help users track field-identified defects, analyze defect patterns, and monitor the corresponding replacement methodology for effective issue resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand defect-tracking requirements, replacement workflows, and reporting expectations.
• Gathered, analyzed, and documented functional requirements for monitoring defects.
• Imported, cleaned, and transformed data from SharePoint, Excel, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks into Power BI.
• Designed a robust semantic data model with well-defined relationships and hierarchies to support accurate defect analysis.
• Developed DAX measures and calculated columns for defect counts, replacement trends, classifications, and performance metrics.
• Created interactive dashboards including drill-downs, drill-through pages, tooltips, sync slicers, bookmarks, and selection panes for enhanced user experience.
• Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) to restrict data access by team, region, or product line.
• Optimized report performance using query reduction techniques, efficient DAX calculations, and proper modeling practices.
• Conducted user training, prepared documentation, and supported UAT for smooth rollout and adoption.
