  • Consistently achieving targets of financial targets for Thymoglobuline (an immunosuppressive medicine used in renal and hematopoiesis stem cell transplant) and Fludara, with a CAGR of 29% and 75%, respectively.
  • Thymoglobuline business in my territory has grown from 1.5 crore INR in 2017 to 7 crore INR in 2023.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.
  • Relaunched the product Fludara successfully after the gap of 10 long years and made it the first choice of brand in CMC, Apollo, and MIOT through brand building activities within the period of 10 months from relaunch.
  • Launched the superspecialty products in tier 2 cities and appointed distribution channels for the hassle-free supply of the products.
  • Coordinating with the supply chain at HO and at CFA level, and at the level of distributors, liaising with government warehouses for smooth and timely supply. Since the product is temperature-sensitive, following up at all levels for timely delivery is critical.

  • Inaugurated two Hemophilia treatment centers (Facilities of treatment at GHs through corporate MOU) in Chennai, that was a major breakthrough then and I was awarded for Asia Pacific spot award by marketing Dept.
  • Channelized the PWHs with reimbursement facility to those HTCs for prophylaxis prescription, thereby sensitizing the prophylaxis concept at the state-run hospitals that has created prophylaxis option for children.
