Job nature in quality control:

  • Types of measuring gauges used
  • To check materials with gauges like vernier caliper, vernier height gauge, bevel protractor, digital angle protractor, micro meter, bore gauge, dial with stand, slip gauge, etc.
  • Types of Product Inspected:
  • Streeing system (steering column, steering wheel, tie road, drag link, center link, etc).
  • Brake system (brake drum,pkb hand brake, wheel drum, brake pedal,connecter,pkb cables, etc).
  • Cso system ( radiator, gear shift & select cable, gear shift rod, clutch pedal, clutch disk, clutch cover, fly wheel, etc).
  • Trim parts (load body, spare wheel carrier, nuts, bolts, etc)
  • Front axle (hub, wheel drum, axle arm, etc).
  • Rear axle (u-bolt, leave spring, etc).
  • Engine System (engine mounting bracket, etc).
  • Fuel System ( fuel feed pump, rubber hose, fuel tank, fuel tank mounting bracket, etc)
  • I can understand engineering drawings

Job nature in mechanical maintenance supervisor:

  • Checking and ensuring workers are performing daily checkups.
  • Maintenance of Workers records (i.e attendance,wage,leave and other registers)
  • Maintenance of pumps,tanks,pipe lines, filling machines,valves,etc records (i.e Maintenance Check list, Spare Parts replacement, Leak in pipe lines record)
  • Communication of reports to head office through phone and mail.
  • Arranging Periodic meeting with employees to run the environment normally

Job nature in material handling equipments maintenance supervisor:

  • Checking and ensuring workers are performing daily checkups and activities of vehicles.
  • Maintenance of Workers records (i.e attendance,wage,leave and other registers)
  • Maintenance of Vehicle records (i.e Maintenance Check list, Spare Parts replacement, Vehicle Track record)
  • Communication of reports to head office through phone and mail.
  • Arranging Periodic meeting with employees to run the environment normally.

  • Align the team for the day target , week target, month target.
  • Motivate the team to over achieve the targets to earn more incentives.
  • Daily team meeting will be happen to know where we need to improve also appreciate the best performer
  • Six step selling skills will be maintained (Greeting the Customer, Qualifying the Customer, Demonstrate with the complete solution, Asking for sale, Answering objections, Closing the Sale.)
  • Daily price and offer communication had be implemented.
  • Improving conversation ratio by giving proper training.
  • Maintaining high margin product share in high volume.
  • Maintaining finance and card Emi contribution will be high instead of cash or card direct swipe.
  • Maintaining customers follow up register to increase our sales
  • Making more visible of least selling product to sell more like bulk outs
  • Selling more KPI products to get more margin .
