  • Mean while if there is any schedule issue, then I will drop mail to concern BD(Business Development) team to re-schedule.
  • If everything is fine, then I will accept the consignment & Allocate the free dock.
  • While unloading I will check both Invoice copy & Physical box’s by cross verifying Invoice/PO/CID/LR number.
  • If there is any mismatch I will drop a mail to the concern team looping with my internal team about Dock rejection.
  • If everything is fine then I will unload the material. And I will provide POD along with Seal & signature.
  • After unloading the stock will be In-warded through system basis by checking Quality & Legal norm.
  • If there is any issue with Quality & Legal norms, then I will raise a QC ticket to do the required changes.
  • If everything is fine physically and compare to system, then I will pass the stock in system & I will move to good Inventory within TAT.
