• Strong Knowledge in Assembly and Technical Drawings.
• Conducted failure analysis of mechanical failures as well as unexpected maintenance problems and operational problems related to various gearboxes.
• Responsible to prepare working instruction for various problems rectified at plant
• Respond to technical enquiries from field in a quick, efficient and friendly Manner with an ongoing responsibility for solutions.
• Involved in gearbox Main component replacements like shafts, bearings and gear instead of replacing a new gearbox
• Prioritizing safety norms at site level in well effective manner.
• Detailed Report prepared for failure gearboxes then also gives the solution.
• Then analyze the failure of bearing and give a detailed report
• Expertise in Different types of bearing change for various gearboxes
• Solve the technical problems while doing the Assembly related process and quality
• Industrial gearbox assembly & dismantling.
• Good knowledge in lean manufacturing, single piece flow concept.
