• A. PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENTS OEE Increased in Inner Race Mfg. Presses from 56% to 78% OEE Increased in Socket Mfg Presses from 52% to 74% Tool change time reduced by introducing Pre Qualified set tools concept in Socket Final forge operation, 65 Min to 30 Min. Job transport time reduced by eliminating one intermediate operation. OEE Increased in Fagor Warm form Press from 53% to 62%
• B. QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS Been a part of the core team designed & Implemented POKE-YOKE. A) Head piston - Upset mix up
• C. COST CONTROL Eliminate one intermediate process in Socket due to this cost saving is Rs 1.0 lack per month. Distinction of achieving to improve tool life by 1500Nos to 20000Nos In Frame, which saved Rs1.5 lakhs per month. Achieving common tool life by 5000Nos to 80000 Nos in Head piston, which saved Rs. 12000 per month. Distinction of achieving to improve tool life by 3000 no’s to 12000 no’s In socket, which saved Rs. 32000 per month.
• E. PROJECTS Been a part of the core team involved in successfully developing the Socket. It was developed in a very short period it leads to a big profit to a concern. Successfully Producing establish ID Increased in Sockets Components. (Weight saved by 7 Grams/ Component Successfully Process Modification done in Bajaj Socket Part, one Sequence of Process are Eliminated with Meet Every Final Part Specifications. Successfully tool modification done in 028 socket part, one additional die was added to avoid frequent tool breakage. Successfully tool modification done in Inner races, the top & bottom die Major ID was increased so that coining effect reduced from 80% to 50%. Due to this die crack problem was totally solved. Two times we won Gold award in QCFI competition.

• In operations environment comprising Manufacturing & Production Planning Control. Demonstrated Skills in managing the whole cell which producing cold Sockets, CV Joint Inner race and Spider & Caliper Pistons. I have forging skills in warm Sockets & Bell forgings. Excellence While Working in team, good Leading Team. I have been working in vertical as well as the horizontal forging machines., Super auto forge ltd.
• Responsible for Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Functions. Responsible for production planning charts based on marketing requirements. Preparing Contingency Plan & act accordingly. Commissioning & Production of new parts. Interacting with R&D, Engineering, and Maintenance & Vendors. On the Job training for Operators. I have the good exposure in Hatebur, Sakamura & MW48 machines., Sundram Fasteners Ltd.
• Responsible for Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Functions. Responsible for production planning charts based on marketing requirements. Responsible for OEE & PPM. Supporting new part development. Interacting with supporting department for problem solving. Supporting for improvement activities. I have the good exposure in Fagor Warm form & Fagor cold form press. I have good exposure in automatic transfer system. Responsible for 5S activities in shop floor. Responsible for Kaizen targets given by the management., GKN Automotive Ltd.
