- Planning for activities in advance for arranging manpower, tools and material required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics or computer generated reports; supervisory inventory management. Progress monitoring and preparation of progress reports. Check for correctness and completeness of the material. Preparation of method statement and task risk assessment according to the work site. Defining a proper program schedule & monitoring the progress
- Assisting Lead Project Engineers for the successful delivery of projects without delay.
- Managing to negotiate, order & ensure the flow of materials on site is smooth & efficient to avoid work delays, while ensuring the payment terms with Vendors.
- Ensure the product/material arrive in good condition fulfilling the requirements & quality.
- Composing & managing all necessary documents, submittals, reporting daily progress of work etc from start to end of a project to prepare monthly interim bills and O&M manual on time and for future reference.
- All ADNOC onshore HSE requirement shall be strictly adhered and followed throughout the project course. ADNOC onshore life saving rule (LSR) strictly followed.
- Electrode holder's, cables, and fittings maintained in a good condition free from damage and loose contacts. Welding equipment provided with fire extirigüisher and each rods Verifies Lifting equipment and tools shall be suitable capacity and certified for the load and with ADNOC color coding in good working condition All equipment lifting equipment and accessories shall have COMPANY approved third party certification. All field works shall be carried out only if valid and suitable permit to work is obtained from the ADNOC onshore operation.
- Specific job safety analysis (ISA) shall be approved from ADNOC onshore.
