Responsible for the smooth, reliable, and safe operation of airport baggage handling systems through proactive and reactive maintenance.

Monitor System Performance: Utilize SCADA and other monitoring tools to track the BHS's real-time performance and identify potential issues.

• Ensure Smooth Operations: Coordinate day-to-day operations to minimize baggage handling disruptions and optimize system reliability.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the efficient and uninterrupted flow of baggage, ensuring systems run normally.

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Supervise Technicians: Guide and oversee technicians, ensuring scheduled maintenance and repairs are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and system breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Manage Spare Parts: Monitor and maintain adequate spare parts inventory for the system.

• Lead electrical project Engineer responsible for Equipment Sizing and Design calculation of Transformer, DG set, Motor, Switchgear, capacitor, UPS, battery, HVAC system, Chillers, earthing and lightening, lighting etc.
• Planning and executing all electrical equipment automation systems.
• Installed & commissioned of 33 KV / 2.5 MVA (2 Nos) Transformers and Switch gear.
• Coordinated with the external vendors and participated in various meetings, reviewed the design for the system.
• Design and detail engineering, Clients coordination’s, scope and battery limit, planning and schedule, man hours calculation, man power allocations etc.
• Designing as per planning and execution activities of Electrical, Utility like HVAC system, chiller Air compressor, Boiler, DG set, Cooling Tower, Transformer, Electrical Switchyard engineering and project coordination.

• Assuring the strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
• Arranging the safety induction for consultants and contractors before installation work.
• Electrical integration, installation supervision/ assistance and technical problem diagnosis of all the BMS, EMS system managed projects involving group of engineers, programmers and outside contractors.

• Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Soft Starters, VFD, Servo drives.
• Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Profibus networks, RFID modules, Bar code Scanners, Weighing scales, SACS, BMS etc.
• Actively involved in project engineering and estimation of Integrated Electronic Systems/Solutions.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC based high speed automated conveyor system, Dynamic and Static Tilt conveyors, Roller, Hinge conveyors, vertical and horizontal sorters, High speed Lifts, Horizontal and slanting Carousels.
