• Involved in Handling tool TPAM which changes password to reduce cyber attack of privileged user account, service account, groups and systems at platform level
• Managed Access request on SOC where validation of password request, session management request are done.
• Managed requests of Break glass CR, Incident, CR in SOC
• Managed password for windows servers(DMZ,DRN) Oracle, mainframe.

CHI(Catholic Health Initiatives)

• Involved in User Access management for various locations of CHI like Chattanooga, Little Rocks, Denver, Englewood etc.,
• Performed activities like Onboarding, Change and Off Boarding of Users, Accounts
• Created mail address through application Microsoft Exchange
