I have led the development of TCU-based telemetry platforms, fleet management systems, and OTA/FOTA pipelines, enabling real-time vehicle diagnostics, remote monitoring, and mobility analytics. My work involves defining product architecture, shaping requirements with stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platforms running on distributed backend systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

- As product manager, led various connected vehicle programs in CV, PV and EV segment and helped the stakeholder realize the goal of providing best customer experience within budget, on time and with highest quality of end-to-end delivery from product conceptualization to customer delivery.
- Some of the noteworthy projects are: 2W 4G TCU + Gateway (2W EV + ICE): Client: Major Indian premium 2W Manufacturer (Under NDA). Project brief: Development of A low cost 4G TCU which is able to handle CAN data on dual channel, connect with mobile phone over BLE, can act as Gateway.
- The TUC should be able to perform vehicle diagnostic device of self as well as other vehicle ECUs.
- This device will act as gateway for performing self FOTA as well as FOTA of other ECUs too.
- Volume: 110K devices/year.
- Technologies implemented & tracked: Embedded C, CAN, IPCL, Embedded Linux (yocto), DTC, Freeze frame, DIDs, Secure Bootloader implementation, UI Control, UDS, UDS services, XCP, Cybersecurity, NVM, Vehicle integration, MQTT.
- Coordinated hardware, embedded, mobile, cloud, and SOC vendor teams to deliver a TCU that served as a gateway tool, diagnostic tester, and classical TCU for India's leading premium 2W manufacturer.
- Facilitated team in implementing modular architecture for V2C service to transmit over 300 real-time CAN parameters to the server.
- Designed implementation framework for Self, BLE/BT and connected ECUs Deep FOTA. One of the only programs in India with the capabilities of updating more than 9 ECUs simultaneously.
- Built and managed the OTA pipeline (staged rollouts, canary releases and rollback). Also managed integration with 3rd-party vendors and OEM's VIP and Digital team, negotiated scope and schedules, and kept the program on schedule and within budget. Product delivery and release plan management.
