• I was the part of Amazon Technical Team that deals in resolving issues in the electronic products liked mobiles, laptop, tabs, etc.
• I was on the escalation desk (Ahead from the Customer Associate representative) when the customer issues were unable to resolved by the first representative then the customer was transferred to the escalation desk for better solution.
• At the time on joining I was a part of retail CS team but after 3 months promoted to the technical
  department.
