In my Current role as a Background Investigator at BLS International, I am accountable for conducting the Background verification of the employee joining BLS International in India and global Locations. From Initiation till the report generation lies in my hands along with the coordination with the vendor for the on-time completion of the checks along with the month billing of the vendor. I am responsible for the high-quality Background verification report with 100% accuracy.

Before BLS, I worked to Pinkerton Pinkerton (A global detective Agency) as a background verification specialist dealing with the background check of Global regions like APAC, EMEA, Russia, etc. I worked on Pinkerton's global database enhancement program in which i was responsible for doing research on the candidate profile to reduce the hiring risk on the leadership level. It's known as Leadership Due Diligence.
