- Lead one or more professionals and designers on a project basis. Handle the tasks of reviewing the specifications, inspection and testing plan, quality requirements for the project.
- Conducts and participate in project meetings, maintainability and model reviews.
- Responsible for creating and reviewing the deliverables within the project scope.
- Responsible for all aspects of the mechanical design, part reports including CAD models, tolerance analysis and BOMs.
- Work closely with Tender and Schedule Team for meeting the project deadlines and milestones.
- Got the ownership of QNs Scope and successfully managed Valve and Choke QNs Team for resolving quality notifications. As a team worked on more than 130+ QNs (Jan 21 to Oct 2021). It will save per year approx US$ 3.55 Million.
- Time-sheet & budget management - increased 40% profit on application projects.
- Successfully managed and supported the qualification of the Subsea Gate Valve (2", 5" & 7" Manual and Hydraulic Actuated) per the industry standards.
- Conducted and participated in multiple conceptual, preliminary and final design review meeting for valve product lines .
- Provides technical advice to support the Engineering team during design, fabrication and testing.
- Leading and working on CTO (Configure to Order) development for Valve and Chokes product line.
