• Analyze TGW(Things Gone Wrong) for chassis, paneling and trim shed of LCV,Y1 & MCV Bus
• Demonstrating electrical wiring harness in bus vehicles and executing project closures
• Preparing Common Estimate Sheets (CES), Process Sheets (WIS) Shed Wise on DPE(Delmia Process Engineer) and formulating Standard Work Sheets (SWS) for each operator individually
• Conducting time studies using Basic Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) & the Stop Watch method
• Informing the production team about the customers' requirements and identifying critical process parameters for products during pre-launch
