I have worked as an Assistant Professor in T.C. College Baramati since academic year 2019. During my tenure I taught to both UG and PG students. I published two research papers and completed 4 research projects. Handled equipment's used for qualitative analysis of food products. I have thorough knowledge related to Food laws and regulations, Prerequisite programmers, food safety, hygiene and sanitation. Also completed certificate courses like Food Safety Quality Management and FSSC 22000 certification.
