Project 1: Crank Shaft U-162 automation with 9 Yaskawa robots.
Client: TVS Mysore.
Description: Robotic Automation for loading and unloading crank shafts on various CNC machines. This System consists with stack de-stack arrangement for input materials and orientation stations, Index Conveyor accumulating type shuttle conveyor EOAT, Plastic belt conveyor.
Contribution: Developed Robot logic & Teaching, PLC/HMI programming, Electrical Panel testing and commissioning. Involve since starting phase of project requirement, Information gathering.

Project 2: Fixture filling and Robotic Handling System from Cardex with 4 Fanuc Robots.
Client: Bajaj Auto Chakan Plant-2.
Description: The System is to cater components from Cardex system to kitting fixtures. Robot to handle kitting (Empty Fixtures) from trolley to shuttle conveyor and kitting (filled fixtures) from shuttle conv to trolley.
Contribution: Developed Robot teaching and programming, PLC, HMI logic, Electrical Panel testing and commissioning.
Environment: Robot: Fanuc M-20iD35, PLC- Mitsubishi IQ-F, HMI- Mitsubishi GS series.

Project 3: Sealant Dispensing of Transmission Parts with 2-UR Cobot.
Client: John Deere Dewas.
Description: The system is to dispense sealant on transmission parts with sealant gun mounted on UR Cobot. This System is consisting with 6 Axis robotic arm, input table, component fixtures.
Contribution: Involved since starting phase of project requirement, Information gathering, coordinated with design team for project integration of system, Developed PLC Logic, Cobot programming and teaching, Electrical Panel Testing and commissioning.
