I am working as a System Supervisor SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT D At Control Maintenance Section ( CMU) of Kakrapar Atomic power station unit 3&4 of Nuclear Power Corporation of India limited Under the Department of atomic Energy Govt. Of India, from 17/10/2016 to till now I am looking after the following systems,


  • I had Commissioned Programmable logic controller based Vapor Compression Machines chillers. I had commissioned Programmable Logic Control Based Vapor Recovery Dryer System which collects Heavy water loss in from of vapor and Reduces the Derived Air Concentration.
  • I had Calibrated the Nuclear Grade Instruments like Differential Pressure Switches, Differential Pressure Transmitters for Reactor Building Containment isolation and Reactor building Containment Pressure Monitoring.
  • 182 Nos. of Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) Cable continuity checks, Insulation Resistance are completed and they were
    installed at Feeder Header Insulation Cabinet (FHIC) Primary Beam 1 to 9 North and South Side. The Temperatures Readings were made available to LAN based Eurotherm Paper Less Recorder (total 6 nos of 48 channel each).
  • 18 No's of Resistive Potentiometer(Displacement Transducer) Response checks is completed. The Potentiometer Readings Were made available to LAN based Eurotherm Paper Less Recorder .They was installed at FHIC North and South Beam 1 to 9 after proper slider arrangement as per design requirement. This Displacement Transducer will measure Thermal Expansion of Structural steel Beam with respect to
  • I had carried out Analog simulation and Isolated Signal Conditioning Module (ISCM) Card calibration of 223 Nos of analog inputs is completed for Computer based Cluster 4 (LAN Based CVCSCMS Panels).
  • I had rectified issue of Frequent tripping of kirloskar make Air Compressor(2 nos) on Cooling water Pressure Low alarm by implementing Time delay Relay of 5 sec which will prevent frequent tripping and ensure actual trip when pressure is actually low for more than 5sec.
  • I was awarded with a Status of "Unit recognition" by my organization for my work in Commissioning of PLC based chilled water system instrumentation, Compressed Air System and Reactor Building Primary Containment Leak Rate Testing(PCILRT).
