Joined as a fresher from college and was initially a part of the Data Science and Al Unit and was put into various teams to solve different case studies using available data and provide roadmaps to achieve ideal solutions
Shifted to the Digital Products and Consulting team and was part of a 5 member team led by Vice President of Digital Solution Architecture
Worked on a digital consulting project for a UK-based financial services company, and over the period of 10 months, helped strategize a roadmap for an AI-based automation and process improvement of various vertical functionalities of the company, like insurance, investment portfolios, etc.c.
Developed financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
Created detailed process flows and user stories to document system requirements and design solutions.
Conducted interviews with subject matter experts to gather information on existing systems and procedures.
Identified gaps between current state and desired future state operations.
Developed reports using SQL queries to track progress against key performance indicators.
Performed cost-benefit analysis of proposed changes to business processes.
Created informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlighted relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Suggested changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations and actively participated in the implementation of approved changes.
Shifted to another product team to work on one of the first Al and Azure Digital Cloud based content extraction projects for a North American Insurance and Financial Services Company
Collaborated with stakeholders across departments to define requirements for new projects.
Studied the NA insurance sector to identify business issues and profitability constraints currently existing within the financial model predictions.
Designed test plans, scenarios, scripts, cases, and results matrices to validate system functionality.
Collaborated with the in house LLM Development team and Client's Senior leadership Team to help define and create an end to end solution which would assist in saving around 1.9 Million Dollars by final quarter of 2024 due to which our team was awarded a bonus payout during the recognition ceremony of EXL
