• Responsible for producing annual accounts for UK Pension Administration
• Coordinating with onshore counterparts for data collection and taking part in both internal and external audits
• Provided accounting support to 10+ different clients without missing any SLAs/KPIs and TAT
• Reconciliation of accounts and financial statement production for client Pension Schemes
• Building strong relationships with client teams and third-party providers
• Produce and analyzing reports as required for internal and external clients
• Updating the accounting tasks database and cooperating with the UK Accounting Team, Fund Manager, and UK Admin Team
• Planning and completing the annual report, quarterly accounts and preparing net current assets.

• Increased the level of processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement in all areas, Identifying and addressing issues in processes, driving solutions
• Achieving team and individual targets, supporting the Team Manager to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Owning AFT process on quarterly basis and submitting LTA tax, AA tax and other tax charges in HMRC website. Coordinating with clients regarding to tax reallocation and member queries.
• Owning invoice processing process, validating the invoice, and sending it for payments and getting it paid within the indicated TAT.

• Worked here in the Treasury Team, performing payments, receipts and bank reconciliation daily
• Performing forecast vs real and forecast vs forecast reports every week
