Project-1: StrandNGS software

• Involved in the research, scoping, validation, and development efforts on sequencing-based data analysis software i.e., the StrandNGS software
• Pivotal role in providing training sessions to potential leads and global webinars published on the website
• Key Accounts: Glenmark, Perlan Technologies, Kromat, Genomax

Project-2: Product Management

• Working on a Service Project which involves product scoping and
  management via Agile flow for Grail since October 2020
• Evaluating customer needs and documented software requirements to be used by Dev in the software life cycle

Project-3: Data Visualization Platform

• Developing a new platform for visualizing and managing clinical data since April 2022
• Premise is that huge chunks of clinical data is generated from different gene panel tests, this are managed and a platform is created to visualize them effortlessly and highlight key insights

• Played a pivotal role in customer relations, handling technical and application-specific queries
• Interacting with users globally from different time zones
• Providing demos and training to users, testing and validation of the software
• Mainly worked on microarray data analysis with the GeneSpring software and MPP software for metabolomics data analysis with Agilent Technologies

• Analysis of compounds possessing anti-carcinoma activity for understanding drug-likeliness
• Utilization of the Marvin software package for analyzing and identifying the potential leads for cancer therapy
